Why We Built This Site
Lauderdale County court access is not a single database. Circuit Clerk Donna Jill Johnson keeps Circuit and County Court dockets, Chancery Clerk Carolyn Mooney keeps Twelfth Chancery Court dockets, and Justice Court uses its own clerk route. Meridian and Marion municipal records are held through city and town contacts. Mississippi Electronic Courts and PAMEC can provide account-based electronic access for participating courts, but they do not replace every clerk. This resource gathers those distinct public routes so a docket, date, or official-copy request can begin with the right office.
What You Will Find Here
The pages identify official sources and practical record routes for Lauderdale County matters.
- Docket guides: routes for criminal docket search and civil docket search requests.
- Dates and settings: ways to read and confirm a hearing through court dates.
- Case lookup: the PAMEC and clerk paths described in the case lookup reference.
- Official copies: clerk-held files, public access limits, and record-request routes in court record search.
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference resource, not a Mississippi court, clerk, city, or state agency. It cannot act for any court or party.
- It cannot retrieve an official docket sheet or case file.
- It cannot set, reset, or confirm a hearing on behalf of a court.
- It cannot seal, amend, remove, or alter a court record.
- It cannot issue certified copies, orders, or docket sheets.
- It cannot offer legal advice about a case or deadline.
- It cannot guarantee that an office procedure, setting, fee, or contact remains current.
Only the clerk or court that maintains a Lauderdale County record can issue an official or certified copy. Confirm an important docket entry or setting with that original source.
Search Partners
Some pages include search boxes supplied by third parties. Those providers operate their own services, prices, results, and policies. A paid registration or service obtained through a provider can result in referral revenue that supports this resource, but it does not change the status of an official Lauderdale County record or the need to verify it with the originating court or clerk.
